I've Got My Baby Back

Today, after a very long period of anxious waiting, I finally got my camera. Not just any camera. My big camera. I had one all during high school when I was on yearbook - senior year I was editor, so I literally just kept it to myself. But with the end of high school came the end of my access to this electronic beauty. So, I went back to my trusty old point-and-shoot, until it broke, and so did the next one.

But today marks the re-birth of the absurd number of pictures that I post on Facebook. I finally have my baby back, and that baby came in the form of a box marked "Canon Rebel T3i."

Now obviously the quality of this picture isn't the best, but I think it would be a bit hard to take a picture of the camera with itself. So my phone's camera will have to suffice for this post. But from now on, my pictures will  be works of beauty, or at least attempts. I have a book too (see that one underneath the little user manual). Yeah, I was sitting on my front porch earlier reading it and playing with the camera. I'm not a nerd I swear.

Anyway, I'm super excited. Hopefully I'll get some good pictures of the game this weekend!
